Fit Bit Week 6

Well, after getting this today I decided I seriously need to make some changes.  When I look at my weekly comparison chart I am dropping activity every week, the whole point of the FitBit was to encourage me to increase.  So I came in from work today and immediately changed into comfy clothes, so I can go on the treadmill or do exercise of some kind.  I am determined to see better results next week.

I smiled on Thursday though when I received an email from FitBit advising me that I had earned my Helicopter Badge!!!

This badge is awarded for having climbed 500 Floors.   I didn’t do those all in one day just incase you are wondering.  It is one of their Lifetime awards, it’s how many I have done since I started wearing my FitBut.  I won’t see another of these until I reach the 1,000 stairs climbed!

DAILY AVERAGE – 5,979 steps

BEST DAY – 10,717 steps

TOTAL DISTANCE – 18.31 miles

DAILY AVERAGE – 2.62 miles

BEST DAY – 4.70 miles

I earned 6 badges (I had 9 last week)

2 days – 5000 Steps (my goal is to have 5 days with 5,000 steps next week)

2 day 10,000 Steps (these are my days when I go to Zumba)

1 day – 10 Floors climbed (my goal is to have at least 10 flights of stairs everyday)
