Carolina Crock Pot Pork (7 Points+)

Serves 4

  • 1 1/8 pound Pork Shoulder Roast
  • 1/2 cup chopped Onion
  • 1 tsp chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp Dry Mustard
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Paste
  • 1/8 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

Cut pork into 3 or 4 smaller pieces.

Place all ingredients in crock pot.

Cook on high for 5 to 7 hours or low for 8 to 9 hours, depending on your crockpot.

When done, shred pork with two forks and serve with crock pot juices.

Per Serving:  286 Calories, 20g Fat, 18g Protein, 7g Carbs, 1g Fibre (7 Points+)
