Each week I am setting myself goals that I am finding a little too hard to reach at the moment and that is discouraging me and not motivating me.  So I think I am going to set myself a smaller goal …

So my goal is to have at least 50,500 steps and to have climbed 93 flights of stairs.  That is just one small increase from this week.
