Honey Balsamic Chicken (4 Points Plus)

Serves 2

  • 1 ½ tsp dried Rosemary
  • 1 lb Chicken Breasts cut into 4 x 4oz pieces
  • Salt and Pepper
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Season the chicken with rosemary, salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a non stick skillet over medium heat.  Add the chicken and cook for 6-8 mins per side or until cooked through.

Remove the chicken and set aside.  Reserve 2 pieces for dinner tomorrow.

Add the honey and balsamic vinegar to the pan.  Cook for 1 minute and then pour over 2 pieces of chicken.
