Italian Style Cod

100% Simply Filling

3 Points Plus

Serves 2

  •  2 tablespoons minced fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon pepper
  • ½ lb cod fillets

Combine first five ingredients; rub onto both sides of fillets.

Heat a sprayed non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook fillets 2 to 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.

    Why is it 3 pts. When it’s SF items?

    • Hi Carolyn, the recipes show options for following the Simply Filling way of eating or the Points Plus way of eating. This recipe is 100% Simply Filling, but if you are calculating points then it is 3 Points Plus. Thank you for your comment. I must admit the latter part of last year was a bit hectic for me and I haven’t blogged for a while. Maybe it’s time for me to get back to it again! Yvonne
