WEEK ONE – WEIGH DAY

I am really surprised with my weight loss this week – I lost 4.6 pounds.

My first goal was 5 pounds and I am nearly there!!!!

My calories have been up, even though I have reduced my carbs.

Friday May 9th – 19.2 Carbs / 1,453 Calories

Saturday May 10th – 19.9 Carbs / 1,477 Calories

Sunday May 11th – Mother’s Day I didn’t record anything

Monday May 12th – 17.1 Carbs / 1,627 Calories

Tuesday May 13th – 19.6 Carbs / 1,719 Calories

Wednesday May 14th – 21.5 Carbs / 1,478 Calories

Thursday May 15th – 18.8 Carbs / 1,216 Calories
