Week 3 – Day 3

The weekend is never long enough in my opinion.  Sunday is always a difficult day food wise, we have Church at 1pm, so most of the time I don’t eat lunch and by the time we get home it is almost time for dinner.

Daily Total: 15.1 Carbs / 1,044 Calories

FitBit: 5,153 Steps / 15 Stairs

Breakfast: 3.1 Carbs

Breakfast:  2 Johnsoville Breakfast Sausages and another of those delicious Jalapeno and Cheddar Cauliflower Muffins.  These are seriously yummy!

Dinner:  9.6 Carbs

Chicken Paprika Drumstick, 1/2 cup green beabs, 1/2 cup coleslaw, 2 cups of spring mix, 2 Tbsp Ranch Three Cheese Dressing

The Chicken Paprika was very good.  We have several people for dinner, so I also made regular Barbecue Chicken as well.  The low carb  version was very popular.  I was hoping to have some of the low carb chicken as leftovers, but it all got eaten!

Dessert:  2.4 Carbs

Raspberry Cheesecake Bar, 1 Tbsp whipping cream
