Each week I am setting myself goals that I am finding a little too hard to reach at the moment and that is discouraging me and not motivating me.  So I think I am going to set myself a smaller goal …

So my goal is to have at least 50,500 steps and to have climbed 93 flights of stairs.  That is just one small increase from this week.

There is a pattern developing here – I never reach 5,000 steps on a Sunday.  So I am going to address that one!!!  We are at church and when I come home I basically spend the afternoon in the kitchen.  So this week I am promising myself to somehow or another get those 5,000 steps done!!!  Maybe Ineed to commit myself to do the treadmill on a Sunday morning.

Well, last week I set myself the goal of earning a step badge every day, I almost did it!  Unfortunately when we were away at the weekend Sunday was a lazy, lazy day so I didn’t get one then.  I most definitely WILL get 7 this week though!
